Reverse Tummy Tuck for Increased Breast Volume

Welcome to our before and after gallery page for the Reverse Tummy Tuck for Increased Breast Volume procedure. Dr. Schwartz is a pioneering surgeon who was the first to use a reverse abdominoplasty procedure to supplement a Goldilocks mastectomy. This procedure is an innovative and effective way to increase breast volume without the use of implants or complex flap surgeries. Please take a look at our gallery to see the amazing transformations that our patients have undergone with this procedure.

This is a 52-year-old female with right breast cancer who undergoes a Goldilocks mastectomy and free nipple graft.  While her result is acceptable after her first surgery, she desires more volume and instead of placing an implant or performing more complex flap surgery, we use tissue from her upper abdomen in a reverse abdominoplasty to supplement her breasts. Dr. Schwartz is the first surgeon to use reverse abdominoplasty to supplement a Goldilocks mastectomy.

A 44-year-old woman with a BMI of 43.2 kg/m2 post-Goldilocks Mastectomy on her right breast and left breast reduction 3 years ago performed elsewhere.  She reportedly had gigantomastia (a rare but disabling condition characterized by excessive breast growth) before her previous surgery, although these photographs are not available to us.  She requests an increase in breast size without the use of implants.  Given her significant excess upper abdominal subcutaneous tissue, she is an ideal candidate for a Reverse Abdominoplasty.  She is shown 3 months after her Reverse Abdominoplasty with improved upper abdominal contour and a significant increase in breast size. She has some fullness centrally which could be further debulked to improve her outcome.
